QUOTES FROM JET LOGISTICS FOUNDER/PRESIDENT – W. ASHLEY SMITH, JR.
RE: GOALS WITH PREMAIR TRANSACTION, JET LOGISTICS TECHNICAL SERVICES
"This is a strategic acquisition designed to accomplish several key goals, including expanding our in-house abilities to efficiently and cost-effectively service our existing fleet of managed aircraft clients. But we also feel the general aviation maintenance market in North Carolina is underserved in many respects. Jet Logistics Technical Services will aggressively market and expand our 145CRS maintenance services to clients throughout the aviation industry, including but not just limited to those operating thru KCLT."
RE: RETENTION OF PREMAIR FOUNDER/PRESIDENT PATRICK CROGHAN
"Pat is a respected member of the aviation community at large, as well as here locally within the Charlotte market, and has successfully served the Part 91, 135 and 121 industries for many years. Our past, present and future clients will welcome his continued presence and expertise.
